Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in 'like-new' condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
